Air Classifying Mills

Ball Mills
Ball, pebble, rod, tube and compartment mills have a cylindrical/conical shell rotating or a horizontal axes and a charged with a grinding media and the size reduction or pilverizing is effected by the tumbling of the balls or pebbles on the materials between them. The mills may be operated wet or try, in either batch or open circuit use or in closed circuit with sizes classifiers.
Fluid Bed Dryers
Fluid Bed Dryers are used for batch drying of granular, powder or crystalline products, in capacities ranging from 10 to 200 kgs/batch in MOC of SS304/SS346 contact parts. The advantage of the dryer is - uniform, quick & economic drying, require less floor space, easy loading & unloading, designed for trouble free performance.
The air heating is affected by means of electric/steam/thermic fluid finned tube heat exchanger.
Drum Dryers / Drum Flakers
